Our system currently does not display tracking numbers. However, rest assured that you will receive a "processing" email notification when your order is being prepared. 3. What should I do if the product is missing or damaged?
If you encounter any issues such as missing items, incorrect products, or damage during transit, please take a photo and WhatsApp our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that we will not be able to assist with such issues after the 3-day period.
