Return/ Exchange Conditions:
1. What is the exchange policy?
Applicable only to orders from our Official Website and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), with a 1-month warranty period applied.
Customers are required to provide the reason for exchange, along with full address, contact number, and order number to our Customer Service REGIS (011-5405 5987)
2. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are applicable for duplicate payments, stock unavailability, incorrect payments, or damaged/defective products (reported within 48 hours).
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect orders, or used/opened product
3. How long does the refund process take?
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via bank transfer. Customers are required to provide accurate bank details.
